Our designs aim to be responsive. Responsive to your ideas and what you want to use your garden for. This may be a traditional ornamental garden for relaxation or a practical harrd wearing garden to be enjoyed by the whole family. GKS will design based on these needs as well as getting inspiration from the site and character of the area. Soil conditions and aspects will effect the choice and positioning of plants. This is what makes each plot and therefore each garden unique.

Many people decide to place various elements within their garden without thinking of how they relate to eachother. For a larger scale or more complex garden, a relatively inexpensive plan can save cost and time in the long run and always leads to a more cohesive garden.

GKS approach the garden deisgn by considering all the elements such as lighting, hard-landscaping and planting at the the same time. Our designer has a background in Architectural and Civil engineering designs which allows a unique solution to be found. We treat the garden like an outside room, an extension of the clients space and style requirements.
